Cumulative number of COVID-19 deaths in Libya 2020-2022
As of September 28, 2022, the total number of coronavirus (COVID-19) deaths in Libya amounted to 6,437. The first death caused by the virus in the country was reported on April 2, 2020. Subsequently, the cumulative number of deaths considerably increased starting from the end of June 2020. On January 30, 2022, the country exceeded the threshold of 6,000 deceased people since the beginning of the pandemic.
