More than half of the respondents in a 2022 survey among office occupiers worldwide shared that they already pay or are likely to pay a rental premium for an office with sustainability credentials in the next three years. The same survey revealed that about one-third of respondents planned to exit less carbon-efficient spaces in the next three years.
