Three-year office real estate rental growth worldwide Q4 2021, by city
Seoul, Berlin, and Dallas were among the global office markets with the highest increase in rents between the fourth quarter of 2018 and the fourth quarter of 2021. During the three-year period, Seoul saw office rents increase by almost 33 percent. In Berlin and Dallas, on the other hand, the increase was more moderate at 13.9 and 12.5 percent, respectively. Meanwhile, a few markets experienced a decrease in rents: In Tokyo, rents fell by about 19 percent.
