Remote-working technology and in-office collaboration technology were the most widely adopted technologies among office real estate occupiers as of July 2022. In contrast, smart contracts, VR immersive meetings, and robotics for cleaning, maintenance and security were the least common. By 2025, about 82 percent of commercial real estate executives plan to have introduced predictive facility management.
