France: public works shortage problems 1975-2022

From 1975 to 2022, staffing shortages have been a more recurrent problem than material shortages among French infrastructure construction companies. During the first two quarters of 2022, almost 40 percent of respondents mentioned personnel shortages as an obstacle to increasing production, while over 12 percent had similar problems due to material shortages.
