Phoenix Group Holdings plc raised 440 million British pounds from an accelerated bookbuild deal. The following highest-ranking deal was from GCP Co-Living REIT plc generating 300 million British pounds from an initial public offering (IPO). An accelerated bookbuild (ABB) is the process of bringing new shares to the ECM and is done typically within 48 hours.
