Share of e-cigarettes users in Italy 2020, by macro-region
In 2020, about 2.5 percent of the Italian adult population was using electronic cigarettes. This statistic shows differences in this figure by macro-region. The use of e-cigarettes was slightly more common in the North, where 2.6 percent of people aged 18 years and older was using this product. The region with the highest percentage of e-cigarettes users, however, was Abruzzo, in Central Italy.
