During a 2022 survey carried out in the United Kingdom, it was found that influencer marketing on social media over a longer period of time is likely to increase purchases of the recommended products. In fact, more than two thirds of responding fashion and lifestyle customers in the country stated that they are either slightly (44.44 percent) or much more likely (23.81 percent) to purchase a product after it had been recommended by an influencer repeatedly over time.
