Delivery conditions were an important reason why online shoppers were not completing their e-commerce purchases. In a survey conducted in autumn 2022, more than sixty percent of surveyed digital shoppers worldwide reported that the main delivery-related reason for cart abandonment was that delivery fees were too high.
