Main delivery-related reasons for cart abandonment among e-shoppers France 2022

In a survey conducted in autumn 2022, it was revealed that expensive delivery fees were the top reason for cart abandonment according to nearly three-quarters of online shoppers in France. Furthermore, some 49 percent of e-shoppers stated that estimated delivery times were another reason they did not complete their e-commerce purchases.
