Share of e-shoppers expecting delivery fees to go up in 2023, by country
Nearly all surveyed online shoppers from different territories were expecting increases in delivery fees in 2023. In a survey conducted in late 2022, around 75 percent of e-shoppers in Italy were expecting the cost of e-commerce delivery to go up in 2023. In France, this figure stood at 56 percent of online shoppers.
