The most popular online video content type in Norway was that in the series, movies, and entertainment category, according to 42 percent of respondents to a 2023 survey stating to watch such content on a daily basis. These categories were especially popular among people aged between 16 and 24 years. Before the age of 24, the respondents watched more sports than news, after 25 people generally watched more news.
