Opinion of parents on children wanting to become eSports players Japan 2022
According to a survey conducted in Japan in December 2022, more than 29 percent of parents who were asked about the popularity of eSports player as a desired future occupation among children thought that it is important to give it one's all in any occupation. While an almost equally high share of respondents stated that they wanted to respect the decision of the child, 17.6 percent did not want their child to have such an aspiration.
