French's perception of the treatment's differences based on gender in 2022
According to a survey conducted in October 2022, a majority of French respondents thought that when dealing with administrative procedures and public authorities, men and women were treated equally, with a total of 61 percent of the surveyed answering that way. On the other hand, only 27 percent of the French respondents believed men and women were treated equally in the streets and on public transport.
