Difficulties encountered in professional life in G7 countries 2020, by gender
According to a recent survey, a considerable amount of respondents faced several uncomfortable situations during the course of their professional life. However, women face certain situations considerably more often than men. For instance, 46 percent of female respondents declared that they did not seek new professional responsibilities due to a fear of not having enough time to do everything, such as work, housework, children, and similar. By contrast, only 32 percent of men faced this difficulty in their professional life.
