In 2023, BPO manager confidence when ranked by country was highest in India, where roughly 90 percent of respondents showed faith in their country of work. Confidence was lowest in Honduras, however there was still a confidence rating of 74 percent in the central American country. The confidence rating was based on the local labor market, commercial property, political stability, economic stability, infrastructure, the BPO ecosystem, and public security.
