In 2023, the leading country when ranked by Global Services Location Index (GSLI) worldwide was India. The United States was eighth in the list, with a particularly low ranking when it came to financial attractiveness. The GSLI, put together by Kearney, the U.S. management consulting firm, based the ranking on digital resonance, business environment, people skills and availability, and financial attractiveness.
