Asia: reason to use Click and Collect service by country 2023

According to a survey by Rakuten Insight among consumers in Asia, the leading reason to use Click and Collect services among Chinese shoppers was availability of multiple pick-up locations. In comparison, quick in and out experience was the main reason to use Click and Collect for more than half of the shoppers in the Philippines, Taiwan, and Vietnam.
