Newspaper publisher The New York Times earned 497.54 million U.S. dollars selling advertising space in 2021, marking the first increase in years. The New York Times Company's total revenue amounted to over two billion U.S. dollars in the same year, and subscription revenue also grew from 1.19 billion U.S. dollars to over 1.3 billion.
