The statistic presents data on the daily time spent with media per capita from 2011 to 2018, as well as a forecast for the years 2019 and 2021, sorted by medium. According to ZenithOptimedia, the daily time spent reading newspapers and magazines amounted to 11 and four minutes respectively in 2018. Time spent with both mediums has been on the decline for several years, whilst internet usage has grown. The time per day spent watching television, listening to the radio or consuming media at the cinema has been fairly steady since 2011, and is forecast to remain relatively stable over the coming years.
