Value of new roads in Great Britain 2000-2021
The value of new road construction in Great Britain has increased by over 4.4 billion British pounds in 2021. Although the output of new roads has fluctuated during the past decades, it has overall a positive growth trend. In 2019 and in 2020, the output value of new roads reached around 6.3 billion British pounds. The lowest value for the construction output value of new roads was in 2000, amounting to roughly 1.8 billion British pounds.
