Behaviour towards buying from ethical retailers in the United Kingdom (UK) 2014
This statistic shows the results of a survey question asking UK consumers to what extent they agree or disagree with the statement "I try to buy products from companies that act in an ethical way, even if it means spending more". The results to the survey, conducted in June 2014, showed that 38 percent of respondents agreed with the statement to some extent. 22 percent disagreed to some extent, suggesting they do not usually make an effort to buy products from companies acting in an ethical way.
