Average TV dwelling time in Germany 2000-2019

This statistic shows data on the average daily television dwelling time in Germany from 2000 to 2019. In 2019, the TV dwelling time was at an average of 319 minutes a day, an increase of more than 15 minutes compared to ten years earlier. According to the Arbeitsgemeinschaft Fernsehforschung (AGF) the term dwelling time refers to the length of time that people, who actually watched television, spent in front of the TV.
