This statistic illustrates the distribution of consumers, who complained to the Financial Ombudsman Service in the United Kingdom (UK) between April 2018 and March 2019, listed by their ethnic background. It can be seen that throughout this period, the great majority of ombudsman's clients have been white, with a share of 92 percent as of the financial year of 2018/2019.
