This statistic displays the distribution of responses to a survey question about the prospective benefits of autonomous and self-driving cars. 15.4 percent of UK respondents were of the opinion that it is very unlikely that the introduction of self-driving cars will reduce traffic congestion. Over three quarters of those surveyed stated that it was either somewhat likely or very likely that autonomous vehicles will have a better fuel economy.
