Individuals who had never shopped online in Latvia 2013-2017, by employment status This statistic displays the share of the population that had never shopped online in Latvia from 2013 to 2017, by employment status. Over the period in consideration, the share of individuals that had never shopped online had decreased across all surveyed groups, with the exception of those defined as 'other inactive'. In 2017, it was reported that approximately 35 percent of unemployed Latvians never purchased or ordered any goods online. The smallest share of non-online shoppers was recorded among pupils and students in Latvia, namely 22.8 percent.
