Share of online shoppers in the CEE region 2018-2019

In 2019, Estonia's residents (68 percent) were the most likely to shop online in Central and Eastern European countries. Compared to the EU average, the percentage of people in Estonia shopping online was eight percent higher. Above the average of 27 EU countries, there was also the Czech Republic. The lowest percentage of people using e-commerce was observed in Bulgaria (22 percent).
