
UK: role of return process in customer satisfaction according to SME e-retailers 2015
This statistic displays the findings of a survey on the influence of a good return process on customer satisfaction according to SME online retailers in the United Kingdom (UK) as of December 2015. During the survey period, it was found that, according to 49 percent of responding SME online retailers, consumers were more likely to be satisfied with overall service as a result of a good return process.
