In December 2020, the share of adults in the United States who subscribed to a satellite TV service was five percent lower than the share recorded in January 2019, standing at just 22 percent. The majority of respondents had never subscribed to a satellite television service, and four percent more adults said that they previously subscribed but no longer did so.
