The source explains that non-linear or postponed television watching means: "watching television content on another moment than it was being aired by the broadcaster. For example by pausing the television program, recording it with a harddisk-, dvd- or video recorder." This also included watching TV by retrieving television material 'on demand' or via an app on a smart TV. The source continues: "As of 2013 other forms of postponed television watching are included (...) For now mainly game consoles, but possible other sources of television watching via a television monitor will be included."
