This statistic illustrates the share of the population from European Union (EU) member states using other currencies, who already had experience with using euro banknotes and coins as of 2020, broken down by country. It can be seen that 91 percent of respondents in Croatia had some experience of using euros at that time. On average, three quarters of respondents in EU member states outside the euro area stated that they had used euro banknotes and coins as of May 2020.
