It can be seen that 60 percent of respondents in Sweden agreed with the statement that adopting the euro will mean losing a part of their national identity at that time. On the other hand, the share of respondents in Hungary that believe adopting the euro would result in a loss of national identity stood at 31 percent as of 2020.
