Direct sales accounted for the highest share of sales revenue from books in Norway in 2021, amounting to a value of over 647 million Norwegian kroner, which equals a share of 21.8 percent. Biblioteksentralen followed with a sales revenue amounting to approximately 612 million Norwegian kroner (20.6 percent). ARK Bokhandel AS came third, with a sales revenue of roughly 393 million kroner (13.2 percent).
