This statistic presents the results of a survey conducted with inbound holiday visitors to the United Kingdom in 2016, regarding how far in advance they started planning, researching and booking their trip. Almost half of the respondents had started thinking about their holiday more than 6 months in advance and 38 percent had decided on Britain as a destination 3-6 months in advance.
