Market share of sustainable food quality marks in Netherlands 2018-2021
The combined market share of certified food products in the Netherlands increased with more than five percentage points in the period 2018-2021, to 21 percent. Large increases in the market share of certified sustainable foods were seen in dairy and eggs, with percentage point increases of 11.7 and 15 percent, respectively. Eggs were also the product category with the highest market share of certified sustainable foods in 2021.
