Health: capacity of home nursing services France 2004-2018
In the space of more than a decade, the number of beds in nursing homes overall experienced an upward trend. As a matter of fact, figures rose from 78,657 beds in 2004 to 127,117 in 2018. Over that period, figures slightly fluctuated. The best capacity was recorded in 2015, with a number of beds amounting to more than 130,000 units. Then figures decreased until 2017 before to grew up again in 2018.
