In 2021, there were over 153 thousand cinema seats spread across the Netherlands, of which almost 47 thousand (or 30.5 percent) belonged to Pathé Bioscopen, also known as Pathé Nederland. That company runs some of the Netherlands' largest movie theaters by the number of seats.
