Cashew nut consumption per capita in India 2012-2020
In the year 2020, approximately 0.12 kilograms of cashew nuts were consumed per capita in India which was a decrease from the previous year where around 0.15 kilograms per capita were consumed. Vietnam was a leading exporter of cashew nuts with a share of almost 70 percent in 2020. India followed second with eight percent in the same year.
