landscape reveals the share of grocery sales taken by the countries retailers in the 12 weeks to 10 August 2019. Tesco
is at the top, taking a 26.4 percent slice of the market, with the closest rival considerably far behind with 14.3 percent - Sainsbury's. German discounters ALDI and Lidl are still firmly in the mix, taking 9.5 percent and 6.6 percent, respectively.
