E-commerce: payment method rating by users in Spain

This statistic displays the most rated aspects of the payment systems used by consumers for their online purchases in Spain in 2020. Although the importance for consumers of the speed and simplicity of the payment process is very remarkable, only 23 percent considered this aspect as the most important, while safety was highlighted by approximately 69 percent of the participants in the study.
