Sales share of frozen foods in the United States in 2019, by wellness claim
Frozen foods free from artificial colors and flavors had the highest share of sales in the United States in 2019, with 15.1 percent share of revenues. Sales of GMO free frozen foods had 10.1 percent share of revenue, while organic and gluten free frozen food products had equal sales share of 5.1 percent. Frozen foods with protein presence had only 2.5 percent share of sales that year.
