The graph represents the extent to which French consumers are ready to change their usage and technological buying behavior taking the environment into consideration in 2019. The majority (80 percent) of the respondents were ready to buy second hand products, 69 percent were ready to change their overall online attitutes as well as usage and 45 percent reported not being sufficiently informed to make a statement.
