Impact on consumer behavior due to COVID-19 among urban citizens in Vietnam 2020

After the COVID-19 outbreak, also commonly known as coronavirus, around half of the surveyed Vietnamese citizens in urban areas reduced their frequency of visiting a supermarket, grocery store or wet market. The same survey showed that the majority of the respondents have changed their consumption behavior with regards to entertainment activities and travel plans as well.
