As surveyed in Vietnam in July 2021, online shopping saw the highest growth in usage by consumers during the COVID-19 pandemic. By comparison, the rest of the outlet types experienced negative growth in consumer usage, the largest decline among which belonged to Vietnamese restaurants and specialty stores.
