First-time users of mobile banking apps pre and post COVID-19 among Vietnamese 2021
According to a survey on consumer payment behavior conducted in September 2021 in Vietnam, approximately 78 percent of respondents stated that they had been using mobile banking applications even before the COVID-19 pandemic hit. The convenience of accessing their accounts from anywhere and not having to go to the bank to do financial transactions was among the most common reasons for digital banking usage.
