Process categories supported by business service centers in Poland 2022
In the finance and accounting category, accounts payable, general ledger and reporting were the most frequently handled by business service centers in Poland in 2022. In the HR category, HR Administration and Reporting were the most commonly supported processes. Over 49 percent of business service centers in the IT category handled the Application Lifecycle Management process, including Software Development. In the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance category, the most frequently handled processes related to risk and compliance. Additionally, over 49 percent of business service centers supported the data management processes.
