Brazil: companies in the private security sector 2017-2023, by type
In 2023, there were a total of approximately 4,800 companies dedicated to the private security sector in Brazil. Of these, almost 3,000 were outsourced security companies, while 1,850 were private security services. In addition, the overall number of security firms in the Brazilian market has increased in the last few years.
