Mexico: leading outsourcing companies 2020
In 2020, Telepeformance was the leading company in the BPO company having the largest presence in Mexico, with 16,719 workstations. The second place was occupied by Atento Mexico, a customer relationship services and business process outsourcing company headquartered in Spain. That year, Atento counted a total of 11,437 workstations in the North American country.
