E-commerce companies planning to offer free returns 2021

Only eight percent of e-commerce companies surveyed in Europe and North America in October 2020 planned to introduce free returns the following year. At that time, more than half of the e-commerce executives who participated in the survey said their company already offered free returns. Up to 25 percent stated their firm would not adopt a free returns policy in 2021.
