According to a survey on the leading influencer marketing services conducted in Indonesia in 2018, 97 percent of influencers surveyed stated that sponsored posts on social media was the most common marketing service they used. The relatively high internet and social media penetration in Indonesia were among other factors that have been accelerating the popularity of influencer marketing in the country.
